Fighting with this character: You're going to find him very hard to hurt, and he won't be happy with you, but you can certainly try.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: This might not be a good idea unless you're another angel - humans who try to spy on an angel's true form tend to have their eyes burned out of their skulls.

Telepathy/Angel Radio/Prayer: Let me know what (if anything) you want Balthazar to be able to pick up about your character - are they human, are they a demon, or other supernatural being? Like other angels, he can hear prayers too, if for some reason, you find a situation in which you want him to be able to hear your character
Angelic Flight: He generally wouldn't without having IC permission to do so first, but do you want him to be able to teleport your character from one place to another?
Telekinesis/Healing: Again, he generally wouldn't without IC permission, but do you want him to be able to move or heal your character?
